Stress Less About Food: Intuitive Eating workshop series for teens

These online classes are designed to help girls ages 12-15 build a healthy relationship with food and their bodies based on the principles of intuitive eating. The tools and activities will help them gain the mental freedom and self-compassion that comes from not obsessing over food and body issues.

Tools for college-bound students

Transitions are exciting and challenging. This workshop provides the fundamentals in intuitive eating. Raising awareness of diet culture and learning to trust your body’s signals helps to prevent eating disorders and build a healthy relationship to food.

 

Support for parents raising healthy eaters

Giving your child a healthy relationship with food and their body is invaluable. I help parents model the principles of intuitive eating so they can feed their children with confidence and flexibility. These workshops are customized to address babies who are starting solids, toddlers who may be picky eaters, or older kids asserting their independent food choices.
